The studies conducted by Gonzalo Lizarralde analyze the organizational design and the procurement strategies of architectural projects and post-disaster reconstruction projects. In his work, the project is considered as a system that interacts with a complex environment. This approach permits a better understanding of the risks and opportunities usually found in construction projects.
